A Message From VRP President:
For Hidden Valley Patios HOA, 2016 has been a transition year so far—three different Presidents, resignations, new Board members and a new expanded contract with DHB Management Services. Both the Board and DHB are gradually working out how we will handle the work of the HOA. Every new Board member and Volunteer is respected for the different experience and skills they bring. Transitions are lively, sometimes difficult, but it is also challenging. We all wish to represent the current HOA needs in our changing community.
All owners are welcome guests at our monthly meetings which are held the second Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the HVA office conference room.
Homeowner volunteers are also welcome anytime. We have many on-going regular tasks on our maintenance and landscaping committees, but you would also be welcome on single projects that do not involve a regular schedule or as much time. Summer is almost here—have a great one!

graciously written a contract to suit our needs. Since we are proactive and hands on, we do not
need a full service contract. Pleae remember to write your
monthly assessment checks to “Valley Ranch Patios” and send them to DHB
Management, P.O. Box 12047, Prescott, AZ 86304.
